Day 6 - Drew It and Blew It

Not such a good day for Drew. I guess we drew it and blew it. (Apparently we did draw it and blow it, as we drew projects last week and it was windy today.) We had warm, sunny weather on all of the first 25 days of ELP! That streak has come to an end. Drew thought I jinxed the weather by considering the possibility of rain. Not that I don't have empathy for you, Drew, but you forgot the basketball and kickball and broke your shovel. I suggest you, as well as me, think positively and remember what to bring to ELP. Maybe doing that will bring back the sunshine.

One time that I hoped people would empathize and they didn't was at the end of June when I didn't know what I needed to do to be able to blog. It did not feel fair to not have permission to blog even though I was a member of ELP.

Besides the "drew it and blew it" part of the day, I enjoyed what we did today. The topic of this week, empathy and communication, sounds useful and not boring. I noticed everybody had the same goal today. I enjoyed working again. I also liked the basketball game and run the bases competition we did at the end of the day.

I discussed going to Ravenna Park with my mom. Mom is not sure whether I will be able to come to Ravenna Park or not. I figure that if there's a good bus route and I know how to handle the bus well and the last two weeks sound fun, I might be able to go, where as if either there isn't a good bus route, my parents are not sure I can handle the bus well, or the last two weeks do not sound very fun, then I probably won't go. I have not gotten an email with a link to the bus routes yet. Also, I would like to remember what we will be doing in Ravenna Park to determine if the last two weeks sound fun or not.
