Sunny day at Magnuson and Nate's birthday!! We toured the community P-Patch and tried some of the native berries that are ripe (Oregon grape, thimble berry, guys help me out-- what else?) After sweating it out with the Washington Native Plant Society we hit the beach to enjoy the warm weather and some treats for Nate's B-day. Thanks Nate!
Family Follow-up: Tonight you may practice having your teen notice different communication styles:
Assertive: I'd really like to go to a movie on Friday.
Aggressive: I am going to a movie on Friday and that's final.
Passive: Maybe, if possible, we could see a movie on Friday, if you want, or not.
During our morning session, each teen will earn a point to contribute to the group goal for reporting what they worked on during their family follow-up.

This day was so much fun because we did the activities in the garden and it was alot of fun to go swiming with it was fun when we had a splash battle and when the girls got in it it was fun when me and Will got Alex soaked and the girls and we kept getting the girls wet me and Will were laughing so hard it was alot of fun.
Today was great again today. I must say I met another goal today.
It was to be as assertive as possible I did that many times today. My goal yesterday was to learn about the tools with everyone I met that as well. I hope meet tommorow's goal to. Last I have to say This camp reminds me of the camp i went to 2 summers ago.
It has been a fun day. I met my goal of being assertive, we worked in the nursery, and we went swimming. I did a splash battle with my friends, Will, and ryan. When a group of girls joined, it turned into a wild, all against me, brawl.
